We are barely there. You take centre stage.

During a private portrait session we are barely there. We don't stage, we don't intrude – we observe and wait for the moment when you are completely yourself. The result is a character portrait that shows you not as you are “supposed to look” in photos, but as you are.

We begin with a personal conversation, advise you on clothing and location and take as much time during the shoot as you need. Such a portrait is also a special gift – to yourself or to someone who matters to you. In our studio in Rostock, at your home, by the sea or at your favourite place – also in Mallorca or while travelling.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a portrait session cost?

Our portrait sessions are deliberately exclusive – not a standard package, but a personal shoot with a preliminary consultation, plenty of time and careful image selection. We discuss scope and investment with you personally; fine art prints and albums are put together individually.

I don't like being in front of the camera. Will it still work?

Especially then. Because we hold back, most people soon forget they are being photographed at all – and that is exactly when the best images are made.

Can I also get the images as prints?

Gladly – as a fine art print on high-quality paper, framed or as an album. We will advise you on the selection.
